Not outcome-guaranteed, as results depend on multiple external factors including market conditions, ad platforms, compliance, client responsiveness, and execution variables 

 

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

Business outcomes, revenue, ad performance, or growth metrics cannot be guaranteed

The value of the programme lies in strategy, systems, implementation, and expertise delivered,not in promised results

1.3 Upon Payment 

You confirm that:

-You personally authorized this purchase

-You are the cardholder or authorized user

-The instalment plan was voluntarily selected by you

-All future instalments under this plan are valid, intentional, and authorized

You understand that:

-Instalments represent a payment convenience, not separate or conditional purchases

-Failure to complete instalments does not negate services already delivered or in progress

1.4 No-Refund / No-Chargeback Policy 

Due to the custom, service-based, and time-intensive nature of this programme:

-All payments are final

-No refunds, partial refunds, or reversals are offered

-Chargebacks, payment disputes, or “unauthorized transaction” claims are not permitted

This includes (but is not limited to):

-“Change of mind”

-“Did not use the service”

-“Did not get expected results”

-“Service not as described”

-“Personal or financial circumstances”

-Once access, strategy, time, and implementation begin, the service is deemed delivered progressively and irrevocably.

1.5 Dispute & Good-Faith Clause

In the unlikely event of any concerns:

-You agree to contact me directly first via Email or Whatsapp

-Allow reasonable time for clarification or resolution

-Not escalate to Stripe, Banks, BNPL providers, or third-party payment processors

This agreement reflects a good-faith professional engagement, not a consumer retail transaction.
